I’m a big fan of the saw Franchise, and I watched all of them at the movies,  when saw V came out I had to go watch it,(I wish I didn’t), so let me give you my two Cents: IT SUCKED!!!!!!!! And I know that this won’t be the last one of it, which we can tell at the end of all five movies, and by the way soon or later we gonna be watching SAW XXXVIII, which I know what’s gonna be about it, are you ready for this?? I’ll tell you, “Jigsaw starts torturing Freddy Krueger and Jason “. This movie was absolutely terrible, when the previews started coming out, the tagline was “You won’t believe how it ends.” Actually, if you manage to stay awake during this incredibly dull installment of the dwindling saw franchise, you’ll not only believe the ending, but you’ll see it coming miles away. This is unmistakably one of the worst horror films of the year. It’s the last dying gasp of a series that was already past its expiration date.

Saw V is Directed by David Hackl, who served as the production designer on the last three installments, and janitor in the first, that was directed by James Wan, That I personally believe that he got the idea for saw from the 1971 Classic The Abominable Dr. Phibes and the 1972 Dr. Phibes Rises Again. In the 1971 movie, Vasalvius has to retrieve the key from inside his son in order to open the lock holding the operating table in place is mirrored in SAW as well, where the guy has to gouge his own eye out to retrieve the key to release the clamp around his neck. In one other scene from the second Phibes movie a man is stuck on a  golden scorpion and must unlock himself from it by getting the key out of a vase… Which is full of scorpions.

So if you are thinking about spending $9.00 to watch this crap, wait for it to come to DVD, And if you already wasted your money on it, LIKE I DID, let me hear your opinion HERE!
